BOULDER, Colo. (Nov. 9, 2021) – Cozy Coats for Kids® recently worked with PG Home Inspections to distribute more than 100 brand-new winter coats to children in South River, New Jersey. PG Home Inspections is owned and operated by Peter Giannino, who is a member of InterNACHI®, which is the charity organization’s primary sponsor.

It is the second year in a row that Giannino has volunteered for the Annual Coat Delivery Program in his local community. Cozy Coats for Kids® and Giannino were able to help twice the number of children who received a free coat last year. (Read the related press release: PG Home Inspections Provides New Coats to Kids in Local Community.)

Giannino and his wife coordinated with the South River New Jersey Food Bank to identify children in need and acquire their size and color preference. Armed with this information, Cozy Coats for Kids® purchased the coats and shipped them directly to Giannino for distribution, who helped host the giveaway over the weekend at the food bank.

Giannino stated, “All of the kids were very happy! The process went smoothly. My wife and I and the staff at the food bank were so pleased with the quality of the coats. The styles were perfect for all of the different ages of the children.”

Cozy Coats for Kids® strives to partner with members of the home inspection industry for the distribution of winter coats to children in the inspectors’ local communities. The Annual Coat Delivery Program operates by purchasing brand-new winter coats in the preferred size, color and style of each child in need and delivers the coats directly to the partnering individual or organization free of cost. The program relies on donations made by the inspection industry. Visit www.CozyCoatsforKids.org/Donate to donate. All donations go directly to purchasing brand-new children’s coats.
