BOULDER, Colo. (Oct. 2, 2019) – InterNACHI® member and Certified Master Inspector® Larry Frace, of Larry Frace Inspection Services in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, recently partnered with Berwick Mayor Tim Burke to provide 40 brand-new winter coats for children in that community through InterNACHI’s charity, Cozy Coats for Kids®. CCFK serves the needs of children nationwide through donations by members of the home inspection industry. Using those funds, CCFK purchases coats in each child’s favorite color, and then delivers the coats to the requesting party for distribution.

In his Facebook post, Mayor Burke said the following:

Frace is also the founder of the Northeast Training Center and the InterNACHI® House of Horrors® 3, which works with local vocational schools, technical colleges, and volunteer organizations to train their students to become home inspectors, commercial building inspectors, zoning officials, and building contractors.

With the funds raised by the members of the home inspection industry, Cozy Coats for Kids® delivers brand-new winter coats to children in need throughout the U.S. and Canada. CCFK relies on home inspectors to identify a need in their community, and coordinates with them to deliver the coats once a year, just in time for the cold-weather season.

“It takes a village,” said Mayor Burke. “Good things happen when we work together.”
