BOULDER, Colo. (Jan. 5, 2021) – InterNACHI® and CCPIA member Louis Annee, CMI®, of New Start Inspections recently partnered with Cozy Coats for Kids® to provide brand-new winter coats in his local community of Greenwood, Indiana, and the surrounding area.
Cozy Coats for Kids® provided brand-new winter coats in different colors and styles for kindergarten and elementary school students. The coats were distributed to four elementary schools, including Northwood Elementary School, Needham Elementary School, St. Rose Catholic School, and Martinsville Elementary School.
Annee stated that the schools were very appreciative. Northwood first-grade teacher Jess Below said, “The coats are beautiful.”
Cozy Coats for Kids® relies on members of the home and commercial property inspection industries to identify a need in their community, and coordinates with them to deliver the coats once a year as part of its Annual Coat Delivery Program. The funds used to purchase the brand-new children’s winter coats are raised through the inspection industry, especially through regularly hosted contests and auctions of inspection-related tools, gear, and books.
