BOULDER, Colo. (Dec. 16, 2025) — Cozy Coats for Kids® is excited to announce a successful coat distribution in partnership with Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, delivering warmth to children and families throughout the community. Young patients and their siblings connected to Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers each received a brand-new winter coat chosen specifically for them, completely free of charge. Every child was able to select their preferred colors and styles, ensuring each coat brings both comfort and joy as they face the cold Milwaukee winter ahead.
Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers is dedicated to improving health and well-being by providing quality, patient-centered care free from linguistic, cultural, and economic barriers. Their commitment to addressing not just medical needs but also the social and environmental needs of families made this partnership a natural fit for the mission of Cozy Coats for Kids®.
Noemy Godinez served as the key coordinator for this initiative, working directly with families to collect coat preferences and facilitate the distribution. Her dedication ensured that each child received a coat perfectly suited to their individual needs and preferences, providing warmth and dignity to families during a challenging season.
Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers provided photos from this year’s delivery, showcasing the smiles and excitement of children receiving their new winter coats and highlighting the meaningful difference this program makes in the Milwaukee community.
As Cozy Coats for Kids® expands its reach across the nation, each partnership reinforces the organization’s dedication to ensuring no child goes without a warm winter coat.
