BOULDER, Colo. (Nov. 3, 2021) – The InterNACHI® House of Horrors® 3 recently hosted a children’s winter coat giveaway. Cozy Coats for Kids® provided brand-new children’s winter coats as part of the charity’s Annual Coat Delivery Program. The InterNACHI® House of Horrors® 3 is located in Bloomsdale, Pennsylvania, and is operated by the Northeast Training Institute (NETI).
Certified Master Inspector® Larry Frace is the founder and CEO of NETI. A long-time InterNACHI® and IAC2 member, Frace has been in the inspection field for nearly 40 years and has participated in the Cozy Coats for Kids® Annual Coat Delivery Program in the past.
This year, Frace hosted the giveaway over Halloween weekend and turned the InterNACHI® House of Horrors® 3 home inspection training facility into a Halloween-themed funhouse for kids. Children from the Bloomsdale area attended the event, and each received a free brand-new winter coat.
The coat giveaway was a big success and provided another opportunity for the inspection industry to help those in need. Cozy Coats for Kids® purchased the coats with funds raised through auctions and events coordinated with InterNACHI®.
Cozy Coats for Kids® raises funds all year long for its Annual Coat Delivery Program. The charitable organization also hosts weekly Tuesday Night Auctions on the InterNACHI® Message Board. The auctions are open to everyone, with auction items ranging from home inspection tools and apparel to antiques and collectibles. Join the online auction or visit www.CozyCoatsforKids.org/donate to help raise funds for the program.
