Free Coats Provided to Children at the Charlton Street School

BOULDER, Colo. (Nov. 15, 2024) — The Charlton Street School in Southbridge, Mass., has been a partner of Cozy Coats for Kids^® since the organization’s inception. They were among the very first recipients of free coats from CCFK and have continued their partnership through the Annual Coat Delivery Program on an as-needed basis.

When this year’s coats arrived and were distributed, the school’s Esther Vargas shared the following photos and said, “One little girl stayed inside with me during recess because she did not have a coat, so these coats came at the right moment! She was hoping there would be a purple one, and the coat right on top was purple. It made her day!”

Vargas also shared the following letter from the school, adding, “I really hope you truly understand the difference this makes in our kids’ lives; they are so incredibly proud of these coats and so happy to receive them.”
