BOULDER, Colo. (Feb. 17, 2018) – Cozy Coats for Kids® has announced that Maggie Aey is its new Executive Director. Cozy Coats for Kids® is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization devoted to improving the well-being of children in need. The organization hosts an Annual Coat Delivery Program that allows children to choose their own brand-new winter coat in their favorite color and style, and then delivers it directly to them. Cozy Coats for Kids® is the official charity of the residential and commercial inspection industry.

Aey has worked in various roles in the inspection industry for the past five years, including with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) and the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA). She is passionate about bringing the inspection industry together through charity. She believes that helping children stay warm and healthy can have a positive, lifelong impact.

Aey accepted this position after participating in this year’s Annual Coat Delivery Program. She aided in fundraising through inspection industry vendors, recruiting volunteers to coordinate coat deliveries, and managing the delivery of coats to families, schools, and community centers in the U.S. and Canada.

“I look forward to expanding the Annual Coat Delivery Program and working with members of the inspection industry to provide coats to kids in need in their community,” says Aey. “I am excited to take on such a fulfilling role and helping those who need it most.”
