BOULDER, Colo. (March 5, 2021) – Anthony Millsap, CMI® of AM Home Inspections in Columbus, Indiana, recently donated $1,000 to Cozy Coats for Kids®. Millsap is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and Certified Master Inspector®. For a great home inspection, homeowners, prospective buyers, and real estate agents should visit: www.AMHomeServices.net.

He initially placed the winning bid on the auction of an Ultimate InterNACHI® Inspector Apparel Package, with all of the proceeds going to Cozy Coats for Kids®. But Millsap went above and beyond by donating nearly five times his starting bid. His donation allows for the purchase of more than 30 brand-new winter coats, which will be provided to children in need as part of CCFK’s Annual Coat Delivery Program.

The Ultimate InterNACHI® Inspector Apparel Package consists of InterNACHI®-branded items, including a jacket, a short-sleeve t-shirt, a long-sleeve pocket t-shirt, a thermos, a tool bag, and a trucker-style hat. Millsap noted with his bid, “I want it all. It’s for a great cause.”

Cozy Coats for Kids® regularly hosts contests and auctions for inspection-related items, like apparel, tools, and books, on the forum thread titled “Cozy Coats for Kids” on InterNACHI’s message board. Those interested in participating should check back often. All of the proceeds go to purchasing brand-new children’s winter coats.
