BOULDER, Colo. (Nov. 15, 2024) — Cozy Coats for Kids® recently partnered with Joshua Adkins of Adkins Home Inspections in Berea, Ky., to coordinate a coat giveaway for the third year in a row. He has continued to partner with local schools in his community to collect and coordinate orders to ensure each child receives a coat in their favorite style and color.
Adkins said, “We want to thank you for allowing us to be a part of the Cozy Coats for Kids giveaway this year! This is definitely the most rewarding thing about being part of the home inspection industry. Cozy Coats for Kids has been such a blessing to our community!” He continued, “For the past three years, we’ve been able to by provide nearly 200 coats for kids in need. The school where we delivered the coats this year let us know that despite the 75-degree day when the coats were handed out, most of the kids wore them for the rest of the day because they were so proud of them. Once again, thank you for the opportunity to bring warmth and smiles to kids in our community!”
Adkins also shared photos of the children in their new coats, which included a variety of styles ranging from Carhartt to Disney characters, as well as puffers and peacoats.
As the official charity of InterNACHI®, Cozy Coats for Kids® makes its Annual Coat Delivery Program possible through the generosity of InterNACHI® members, who help raise funds for the program and identify children in need in their communities.
