BOULDER, Colo. (Dec. 23, 2025) — Cozy Coats for Kids® announces another coat distribution in partnership with Winona Elementary in Loveland, Colorado. The distribution is part of the charitable organization’s Annual Coat Delivery Program, which provides free coats to children through selected partners nationwide.
Free, brand-new winter coats were provided to students from preschool through fifth grade. Ashley Crossland, school counselor at Winona Elementary School, applied to the Annual Coat Delivery Program when the application opened online in July. As she prepared for the upcoming school year, she was already working to address students coming to school without proper winter clothing during Colorado’s cold weather.
Through the partnership, Crossland collected information for each student, including coat size, favorite color, and preferred style, and submitted the details so each coat could be selected for a specific child and delivered back to the school in time for cold weather. This attention to detail helped ensure each student received a coat that fit comfortably and reflected their preferences, providing warmth and support throughout the winter season.
“We are truly so grateful to have been partnered with you this year, thank you so much for everything. This winter, Cozy Coats made an incredible difference for our Winona Elementary community in Loveland, Colorado. Many of our families were in need of warm coats and essential support during the colder months, and Cozy Coats stepped up in such a meaningful way. Their generosity helped ensure that our students had what they needed to stay warm, comfortable, and ready to learn. We are so grateful for their partnership and the care they’ve shown to our school community,” shared Crossland.
