BOULDER, Colo. (Dec. 4, 2018) – Cozy Coats for Kids has delivered 70 children’s coats to the Charlton Street School in Southbridge, Mass. The coats were shipped directly to the school for distribution to the children, ages 6 to 12.

This is the second year Cozy Coats for Kids has coordinated with Charlton Street School’s Parent Liaison Esther Vargas to provide brand-new free winter coats for its students.

Ms. Vargas first reached out to Cozy Coats for Kids last year. “Southbridge is plagued by poverty, drug use, and a lack of resources,” she explained. “We are a small town surrounded by major cities, but it seems that we’re in an area that’s cut off from most organizations that offer help.”  Ms. Vargas went on to express gratitude for the assistance, saying, “I can’t tell you how great our kids are because words would fail to truly describe their strength, their resilience, and their determination to always keep moving forward.”

All of the brand-new winter coats were purchased with money raised by members of the property inspection industry, including donations made residential and commercial building inspectors, industry vendors, and auctions hosted by InterNACHI® Founder Nick Gromicko and InterNACHI’s e-commerce partner, Inspector Outlet.
